Any estimates, proposals, or quotations we provide are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope or requirements change. A project or service engagement is only confirmed once we have provided written confirmation (for example, by email) and, where applicable, received any required deposit or advance payment.​
Specific terms related to deliverables, timelines, revisions, and payment (including international payments and currency) may be set out in separate agreements or statements of work between you and FreshPixl; if there is a conflict between those specific agreements and these Terms, the specific agreement will usually prevail for that project.​

4. Payments and Refunds

You agree to pay all fees and charges for Services in the currency and within the time period specified in our invoice or written agreement. International clients are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges related to cross‑border payments.​
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, fees paid for Services are non‑refundable once work has commenced, except where a refund is required by applicable law in Sri Lanka or in your local jurisdiction.​

5. User Content and Client Materials

If you provide or upload any content, materials, or information to us (such as text, images, logos, brand assets, or files) for use in a project or in connection with the Services, you confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use that content and to grant us the right to use it as needed to provide the Services.​
You remain responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe any third‑party rights or violate any laws, including intellectual property, privacy, and data protection laws.​

6. Third-Party Tools, Software, and Services

In delivering our Services, we may use third‑party tools, plugins, themes, hosting providers, or other software and services. We do not control and are not responsible for any third‑party services or their terms, availability, or performance.​
